VCAs obligations

VCA shall manage and control directly all operators and staffs working in required working place from Client. VCA shall be liable to settle all arrest of legal regulations and procedures concerning to labor relation in accordance with current Labor Code. VCA committee to provide sufficient staffs and operators as required base on Service Contract and Enterprise’s other requirements.
